Everything a reviewer asks for, in one place

The five documents that govern the app are in force from installation, are versioned with it, and none of them requires a signature. Two more, below them, cover this website and our accessibility position.

Privacy Policy

What personal data the app processes, why a device serial number can be personal data, who receives one, our role under UK GDPR, retention and your rights.

Effective 1 October 2026Version 1.1

End User Terms

The licence, the restrictions, what we warrant and what we do not, and how liability is limited. The app is free, so section 6 is short.

Effective 1 October 2026Version 1.1

Cloud Security Statement

The document to send to a security reviewer: architecture, hosting, encryption, residency, egress, least privilege, secure development and an honest statement about certifications.

Effective 1 October 2026Version 1.1

Support and Maintenance

Who may raise a request, how, the priority definitions and response targets, what is in scope and what is not, and how updates reach you.

Effective 1 October 2026Version 1.0

Data Processing Agreement

The processor terms, in force on installation with no signature required. Four annexes cover the processing details, the technical measures, the sub-processors and restricted transfers.

Effective 1 October 2026Version 1.1

Website privacy notice

Separate from the five above, and much shorter. Those cover the app; this covers this website, which sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third party. Section 2 of the Privacy Policy points at it.

Effective 5th October 2026Version 1.0

Accessibility statement

Not a legal document, and deliberately not a conformance claim: what has actually been measured on this site and in the app, what has not, and how to tell us when something is inaccessible to you.

Need a countersigned copy of the Data Processing Agreement, or a completed security questionnaire? Write to support@itsm-ltd.com and say which. The DPA takes effect on installation without one, but we will sign it on request.

Find out what is out of warranty before somebody else does

It installs with no credentials and counts your estate on the first run, so you know the size of the problem before anybody has to request API access. It is free, and there is no licence check to fail.
