Get in touch

WarrantySync is not yet listed on the Atlassian Marketplace, so there is nothing to install today — registering your interest is how you hear when there is. One address for everything, and a calendar link if you would rather talk. There is no form on this page, and that is deliberate; see below.

Evaluation and walkthroughs

Tell us roughly how big your estate is and where your hardware is tracked today, and we will tell you honestly whether this app helps.

That opens a message to support@itsm-ltd.com with a few prompts in it. If your mail client does not open, write to the same address directly.

Or book a thirty-minute walkthrough and we will run through it against your questions. That link leaves this site for Calendly, which sets its own cookies and takes your name and email address under its own terms, not ours.

One address, and why there is no form

A contact form on a static site has to post somewhere, and that somewhere is a third party with a copy of your message. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anybody else — the same claim the product makes — so a form would have been the one thing on it that phoned out. The walkthrough link is the honest exception: it takes you to Calendly, and it takes you there rather than embedding it here.

support@itsm-ltd.com reaches the same people a form would have, and it leaves you holding the record of what you sent.

Who you are writing to

ITSM Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The registered company number and address are in the privacy policy, which is also where our role under data protection law is set out — processor for the device data the app handles, controller for the correspondence you send us.

Tell us what your estate looks like

How many devices, which manufacturers, and where they are tracked today. Three lines is enough for us to tell you whether this helps you, and we would rather say no early than cost you an afternoon setting it up.
